I just purchased coins and I didn't get them half price or the VIP!!! Why did this happen?

Hi Michelle, to qualify for the deal, you need to make the purchase through the pop-up rather than getting the Coins the regular way. I think it's a good idea to contact our helpdesk as maybe something can be done for you there.

I made the purchase via the popup but I'm svip will the vip be converted ???

Hi Archie, when a SuperVIP gets that package, their current SuperVIP subscription gets extended one month and you get the Coins with the SVIP bonus ;)
